But there are only a handful of apps out there and they are basically the same ones owned by the same company. These apps are shitty for all genders, albeit for different reasons, so an open source, non-profit app could be an actual alternative for those who are disappointed by the existing apps if it manages to address these problems.

Free to use? I use a version that forces me to have subscriptions for the most basic things :/

Basically the same you do with an old car to get more money out of it. But also more work and you need to be a lot more patient, have more potential customers, idiots among them or people trying to beat down the price. Hard to estimate if it's worth it. On the other hand it might be easier to get rid of the rest after you sold the most important stuff, kidneys etc. Maybe people are discouraged by having to buy the whole thing, but someone could be willing to get the rest for final evisceration.

Dislocated shoulder was the worst for me. The pain meds didn't help at all and I cried like a baby until the anaesthesia started.

As far as I understand, the problem stems from the fact that places like skid row provide infrastructure to help homeless people, so more homeless move there to get at least basic healthcare, food etc.

If all larger cities did that instead of repressive measures, the problem should spread among them, making single places less problematic.

That's not true. You might be thinking about the German network enforcement act. Every little ecommerce website, even when it's a one-man operation, has to follow GDPR guidelines when they aim at people in the EU.
