I bought a bottle of Rabbit Hole Dareringer before Trump got elected. Very decent stuff. But now I'm boycotting bourbon until America comes to its senses.

I happily pay for software. ONCE. I have no idea if this software will be regularly updated and if there will be new features. How do we know the developer won't abandon the project? And it's a lone developer, apparently. Ever heard of the bus factor? Give me a license that enables me to use the product in its current form indefinitely, and I might consider buying it. But a subscription? No thanks. Who does this guy think he is, frickin Adobe?

I prefer watching three cushion carom. It's the only game where I can't usually guess the player's plans before they play a shot.

Absolutely agree. Bike infrastructure in Germany, especially in German cities is dismal. I've been to Talinn, Estonia and saw how things could and should be done, and in comparison, Germany sucks. Well, and if you're using a bike for your daily commute, you'll also be familiar with the mindset of car drivers. You'll be overtaken far too close and yelled at every day.

In Germany, we have the wonderful Radwegebenutzungspflicht (obligation to use cycle paths). Unfortunately most drivers don't realize this only applies to about 10% of Germany's cycle paths, which are marked by a blue sign. They think the obligation applies to all cycle paths, and so they keep giving cyclists shit.

Christianity as a whole is pretty gay. I mean come on... they're the ones on their knees hoping for a man to come for a second time.
