No independent body can operate freely in Gaza, it's under Hamas control.

Kind of like no independent journalists can investigate in Gaza about Israeli-built tunnels under a hospital under IDF control, right?

This is one of the few both-sides arguments that can be legitimately made.

Never mind the fact that Palestinians haven't had an election in Gaza in almost 20 years and a number of elected officials are in Israeli jails.

Israel's Iron Dome takes care of the vast majority of Hamas rockets, as almost every report out of Israel can verify.

You got this in hand then. She sounds like she's smart as a whip, and with parents who are devoted to her. She will do well I think.

I'm like that too and until recently I never knew why. Most of the time I was able to control it, but now that I'm in my 60's I just don't have the strength or desire to anymore.

Each state has it's own rules, but the general rule is misusing alcohol or drugs that causes neglect of the child's needs.

The fact is just about every parent could be accused of that just by having a family BBQ with crazy Uncle Bill who likes to have a few too many. Technically that falls under neglect.

Women can't (and shouldn't) work as guards in male prisons ... so that's part of the problem.

The other part is America's whole gd judicial system is a clusterfuck, from manditory sentencing to outrageous bail, from falling-down jails to privatization of said prisons.

The whole system needs to get pulled into the 21st century.

So yes, you're right, there is a problem with staffing levels. But to keep on-keeping on without radically changing anything/everything is stupid ... and insane.
