  • The CRTC stopped working for the benefit of Canadians a long time ago.

    sigh

  • This is, in fact, avoiding the threats and violent mob. And that is not always a bad thing.

Have you never walked away from a confrontation because the cost wasn't worth it?

  • Somebody saw a string dangling and decided to pull it.

Tbh the length that this has been going on suggests it's a BIG DEAL. Hopefully we get to see what they find out soon.

  • Young hetero dudes have a fixation about not wearing condoms and I don't understand it.

  • I believe it is a good enough reason to delay sentencing.

Am I happy with it? Ofc not. But I do understand that nobody wants the orange's followers rioting and murdering people in the run-up to the election.

Let the election happen and then all the focus can be on his sentencing (25+ years is my wish).

  • When gov'ts keep shit like this secret it never goes well.

    Release it.

    Be Fucking Honest

  • I'm in my mid 60's ... so back when I was growing up in Saskabush, in the pre-postal code era, almost every province was shortened to the first few letters of its name, ie: Alta, Sask, Man, Nfld, etc.

After the introduction of postal codes it changed to the two letter designation.

  • It's always been a thing.

Chastity belts, checking if a woman's hymen is intact before marriage (rapper TI admits he does this to his daughters), female genital mutilation (FGM), etc have been used to control women's sex lives for hundreds/thousands of years.

  • The teen handed over his weapons, ran away, and the cops shot him to death.

    Fucking assholes.

    ACAB

  • Attorneys for the family recently asked a judge to order DNA testing on a strand of hair that was stuck to the corner of the wipe — a potentially important piece of evidence missed by city homicide investigators. A pathologist for the family detected the hair by magnifying police evidence photos of the wipe.

  • I'm sure he believes in the rule of law, so told the truth. I'm also sure he believes that nothing will happen to him because he told the nice police officers the truth, so the nice police officers will just charge his way-too-young-to-own-a-gun son as an adult and Dad will just go on living his life as he always has.

Critical thinking skills are not strong in men like him.
