  • I seriously doubt your numbers. Granted, I'm older, but I subscribe to NYT and go there almost daily to read the headlines, a few stories, and a couple games. I hit a few others nearly daily as well for different takes. About 20 years ago, I used Google News, but I switched a long time ago to direct paper access because I didn't want to be fed only what I want to hear. I want a more holistic news diet.

  • To be clear, the vaccines that are more protective against the dominant variant at the moment isn't it yet, but prior shots should reduce symptoms and potentially viral load.

  • I am quite sure he's dead, and they're responsible. There would be no value in not telling the truth here. If he were to pop up after such an announcement, it would destroy what little credibility they have.

  • The states are not liberal or conservative, it's the fraction of rural/suburban to urban areas. It's extremely rare to find a left leaning rural population and similarly difficult to find a very right urban one.
