  • That's really sad. But the important thing is you had good times in the past!

  • Oh... if it is security issues, you have no choice but to deal with it. It is always the higher priority for security issues, and you have to do it quick to prevent any issues that could happen. Hope you can deal with it and forget about it.

I am not good at history, but the book sounds interesting! Will definitely look into that! Thanks for the recommendation!

  • What are you reading?

Hope things at your work goes smoothly!

  • That sounds really sad, did you try to connect with them? I usually try to connect with old friends with festival blessings, e.g. Christmas. This removes the awkwardness for not connecting for too long. Then you can follow up by questions like how things are going.

But I guess sometimes it is really difficult to connect, since people just move on to dofferent stages of their lives.

  • You too, buddy! :) Love your comments and energy!

  • Yes. I make friends in all my jobs. How about you?

  • It's great that things worked out well between you and your mother!

  • That sounds like you are taking the conflicts all alone, and trying to avoid them. Eventually you might not be able to take more of those and you will have a emotional breakdown.

I think it might be better to sit down with your partner to come up with a solution together. Maybe just to dicuss the one that bothers you the most first, and eventually the others.

It is unhealthy to keep all the unhappy things on one side and not discuss about it. Hope you can get the issues solved soon! Good luck!

  • Conflicts could happen all the time.

It is important to communicate and come up with a solution together when both sides are calm.

Hope everything could be alright for your side, sometimes things are going to bad direction and makes the atmosphere depressing.

  • The game sounds addictive, I wish I have ps5!

  • That's good for you!

My doctor was telling me they cannot conclude it is not cancer as the tumor I had is quite rare, they don't have enough data to confidently say it is not.

I am having my checkup soon, hope everything is fine.

  • I am sure you are fine! How long does it take for the report to come out?

The time you spent waiting to get the test done and the report to come out must be miserable. I gone through similar thing as you do before.

  • Just had breakfast. Not feeling dizzy anymore after 2 days of rest and drinking lots of water. Thank you fellow lemmings for providing me suggestions in the last post!

I am ready for work now. Hope to get a big task done today!

  • Sounds like you are a good boss! I am sure your direct reports are happy since you obviously care about them.

  • I am okay with some discount on my salary if I am really happy with my colleagues. We go to work every day, it is important to be happy.

If most of my friends are gone, and the salary is not satifactory, I will definitely quit for higher pay!

  • I will quit if I don't feel happy anymore, which most likely because of people. If colleagues I like are all gone, I probably go somewhere else.

Sometimes it might be the salary which causes people to leave.

  • Thank you for the suggestion. I am actually quite confused about dizziness and vertigo. It seems vertigo is more serious? I don't feel the nausea/ vomiting.

I hope it is just dizziness, it is getting better after some rest now.

  • Thank you for your comment and the link. I am in UK, might not be able to use it.

My dizziness is less serious today after some rest at home and in bed. Hopefully just a little bit more rest and I will be fine. No worries!

  • It's really getting too hot these days, I want to see some rain too!

  • Thank you for your comments. This might actually be related, I am losing a little bit of blood and need some rest at home.

Hopefully I can recover in a few days and it is not caused by something else.
