In Akihabara district there is a coffee shop called Keilo Coffee that had some fantastic coffee when I was there last year. Their selection changes frequently but always looks good.

How fine is fine? Fine for Turkish is basically dust. Fine for an espresso machine is smaller than table salt but not dust.

Depends on you budget. Personally, I feel like the Clever Dripper and the Hario Switch are the best choices for making good coffee for someone just starting out.
