  • I'm a 36G and wear the bra because it's super annoying to have them sway when I walk. That's the main reason for me. I find it more comfortable to be braless, but I really shouldn't do it in public. It's attracts more attention than I usually want.

There are a handful of districts making the switch. Most districts plan around educational hours instead of school days. It can be done with the right planning.

But the childcare aspect is huge. The district I work for started the conversation of a four day week in school year 22-23, but it stalled when they didn't get support from parents and the local large hiring companies. I hope that discussion comes back eventually.

  • From when my partner and I bought our ring set, we went to a gem shop instead of a jewelry store. We had three rings given to us by family members, and wanted to rework them into a new set for me and then get a matching ring for my husband. Every jewelry store we went to wanted $6-8k to do the rework. We ended up at the gem shop as a last resort, because we were both over it. The gem shop reworked and made my engagement ring, wedding band, added a lab grown sapphire, and found a ring for my husband for $1900 total. And they did it all on our timeframe of two weeks.

My advice is to shop around and talk to people. All the big jewelry shops were so expensive, and smaller businesses will probably be better on your budget.

Shout out to Bob's Gem Shop in Escondido, California! They got us a great deal and I love our set. 😍

  • I live in socal and it's super dry right now and HOT. The next city over is doing a "fireworks and night of destruction" tomorrow. I know it's unlikely but I hope their fireworks were in that seizure.

I'm all down for a night of destruction, but the fireworks right now is suchhh an easy way to start a wild fire. There's already been a few small ones this past month.

  • This is what we do too. I'm really grateful my partner works from home. He texts me around lunch time about ingredients, then goes to the store in the afternoon. I come home from work and do any prep like marinating, and later on we cook the meal together. ☺️ We both eat better, more regularly, and healthier this way.

  • If you aren't creative enough to get off, then sex with you is probably useless too. 🤷🏼‍♀️

But lame ass roasting aside, being responsible during sex is important. Being able to communicate your wants and needs is absolutely necessary. I'll tell you that I also hated condoms during sex, but it took being with my partner about six months before I felt comfortable enough to bring up a discussion about having sex without condoms. We then talked about the risks of accidental pregnancy, STDs, and my hormones and birth control. In the long term, the time period we used condoms was worth it because we learned each other's bodies, as well as each other's personalities. Once we did move to sex without condoms, it was sooooo much better, but we also were better communicators and the sex was wayyy more fun.

You have to be willing to put in the time and effort and trust that leads to a real connection first.
