He has to post the bond so they don't start seizing his property during the appeal. It's basically putting the fine plus interest in a separate account during the appeal to make sure you're good for the money if you lose the appeal. Otherwise he could have gone on with the appeal, but could lose Trump Tower without the bond posted.

I like the NPC hospital game. Reminds me a bit of Viscera Cleanup Detail, where you are janitors cleaning up after the heroes from other games or after the sci-fi thriller monsters have killed everyone.

They should do what the comics did when they were told there needed to be more white people in Black Panther and just have him start beating up the KKK.

It's not as bad as the first one. Some weapons and stratagems are more prone to it (looking at you airburst radius that always seems too big) but since there's more of a height component you aren't constantly getting shot by teammates. and because you aren't confined to the same small area there's less of a chance of stratagem strikes and hellbombs killing everyone.

There is a bit of a learning curve in terms of knowing the radius of certain stratagems and backblasts and arc range of some of the weapons, but once you get past that friendly fire incidents are much lower. That being said, if you run into someone else's line of fire you are partially to blame as well.
