  • Let's clear it up though, it's the guy who invented the cereal who was a nut. His brother was the one who was like "I'm gonna sell the flakes, not the dick snip bit." They got into a huge battle when the quack doctor realized his brother was making more money selling the cereal than he was selling religious pseudoscience.

  • We do, one side believes in freedom, equality, empathy and truth. The other side are shit flinging monkeys at this point.

What's sad is like half of the country is basically still asleep at the wheel and just voting for whatever party they've been voting for and are more informed about celebrities than the constitutional crisis occurring.

  • They, like most people who voted for Trump were more interested in harming "the opposition" failing to realize 90% of people were the opposition despite Trump saying it loud and proud. As a liberal white millionaire I am still confused and concerned at how many idiots I am trying to lift up are encasing their feet in concrete, and a little voice says "maybe it's their nature and you should give them what they ask for."

I'm disgusted by this all around, don't turn me into what I fucking hate.

  • Anytime a person from a red state complains about California being communist, remind them their roads are paved with money from CA because their state collects welfare from the fed who collects it from Blue states

  • Let's just give them the capitalism they say they want. We're sending Red states a far larger amount of federal funds than they send in (I believe the stat is red states average $2 received for every dollar sent and it's like 70¢ for every dollar sent is returned to blue states.

Red states are literally welfare states. What happened to bootstraps there?

  • You're talking toxic masculinity, he's talking about these children being inundated with propaganda via social media. Very few middle and high school students watched Fox news in the 00's whereas now it's being algorithmically jammed down their throats.

Social media is going to cause the fall of the USA and it's so fucking sad to watch. Social media needs to be scheduled as/like a drug.

  • For 99% of owners a panel van would be the better option, but their masculinity is tied to other people's perception of them, so they pay the small dick tax.

I rent a truck for the afternoon on the rare occasion I need one

  • It was really sad reading a post on Reddit yesterday where they were applauding the Republicans for moving $2 billion in benefits for veteran housing... How did they forget about the $22 billion that just got cut for veteran medical benefits?

I'm constantly reminded that Socrates was correct and that democracy has too many unqualified and uninformed voters and will give rise to demagogues.

  • I installed PPSSPP on my phone and paired a switch joycon. Played through a few really good games that way when my kid required being held to sleep. I'd imagine you could pair one to your computer and find some games that you'd like.

  • This guy is informed. Socialism got us out of the hole capitalism dug in the depression. Seeing their power slip away, conservative politicians wasted no time in shifting the narrative. The US needs another FDR to equalize things (let's just skip the prison camps this go).

  • Exactly. There's a learning curve but once you've got it, you dread wipe only bathrooms. Installed a bidet on one of my toilets six months ago and now that's the only toilet anybody in the house poops in unless it's already occupied.

  • When it dropped my folks were on a trip and I was staying with my grandma. Rolled into circuit city to get a copy and then dick behind the counter told me I wasn't old enough (12) to play the game. My grandma had my back though and told him off. Good times.

  • Nah, peak was 2005-6 when it was just college students. You could suddenly find the best parties like it was nothing, homework answers were exchanged openly, neither your parents or siblings could access and see what was going on. Farmville style games came about in 2009, which is when the decline became apparent to me.

  • The GOP cosplay as patriots to confuse small minded fools that striving for a better life is un-American. As if our founding fathers weren't looking for a better life.

You're looking at the map upside down.
