Anyway, what's your total dose for the day? I take 10mg every three hours and find this works fairly well. It sounds like your dose might be too high.

I got banned from the Star Trek Memes sub, or something, for very mild trolling. I don't even remember what earned it, I think I said I can't get my head around an animated Star Trek and can't accept it as canon or something, and then the trolling was just me doubling down on that opinion (which is an actual opinion).
