  • The German embassy is useless. I'm telling you this as a German citizen. I've heard horrible stories of people being let down even in conflict zones. The German embassy didn't even reply to many people asking for help to leave Lebanon once Israel invaded. There have been cases of German citizens with Arab names being held in immigration facilities in Israel and the German embassy hasn't done shit.

  • Don't travel to the US. As a foreigner it's literally like traveling into an authoritarian regime. When filing for the visa they ask for all your socials, opinions, etc. Some immigration officers will go through your phone on arrival. It's grim.

  • Do not bring your phone with you to a protest.

If you really need a phone on you, get a burner phone with a prepaid card not linked to your person. But remember, MITM attacks are possible and the police can intercept your traffic and in some cases even compromise your E2EE services (if the key exchange takes place on a compromised spoofed network, see stingrays [1]).

If communication is necessary, get a meshtastic device. It's not the most reliable, and the channels can be jammed, but no one will bother with that. Because they work on usual IoT/smart home appliances frequencies, there is so much interference in cities that triangulating your position in a crowd of people isn't very realistic.

  • The EU is way too liberal to seize his assets. This will never happen. They'll gladly bow down to the US hegemony and the US fascist regime before they lift a finger. We'll just hear a bunch of strong words of condemnation (if we even hear anything at all lol) and that's about it.

  • Cybertrucks? Yeah. There's a very specific kind of person that buys a cybertruck. They know who Elon is and what he stands for.

Other Teslas? No. Many bought them before Elon turned out to be a nazi spawn.

  • They're not the same. I'm just saying that genocide is a red line for many people and that shouldn't be so hard to get into your damn heads. Not everyone can look the other way when a genocide is happening and "vote strategically".

  • That's because liberals only think in the framework of laws and bureaucracy.

They never expect an organised group of people to work towards their goals regardless of what the law books say or not.

When people will finally start questioning authority and the meaning of this stack of paper we call "laws" just to feel more civilised, they'll unterstand how to fight against this.

States can be dismantled overnight. No law book will stop them from doing so.

The American state is very fragile right now. Through these cracks we see what real power is, and who conveys it. Spoiler alert: it's not the constitution nor the law books
