I'm sure a lot of it is used for corn syrup but it appears to be far from the majority. Mostly animal feed (which in turn becomes things like beef and milk) and fuel.

There should be a pressure relief valve that prevents any kind of dangerous levels of pressure buildup. The result is that they spill water all over the floor and make a mess but there should never be any kind of high pressure. This is really important because hot water heaters can trigger an extremely violent explosion otherwise.

Hopefully the deformation in your picture was just warping due to heat or something rather than pressure.

I was a big fan of Frostpunk but Ixion is damn hard, I think I failed around the 3rd or 4th level 3 times before giving up? It's really easy to get into a cascade failures in that game and the space you have to build in is much smaller than it looks at first. That was before they added the easy mode though so maybe I'll try it again at some point.

Objectively I think this game SHOULDN'T have worked in so many aspects. But it obviously does and it's truly genre-defining.

They got really lucky with that Zeus special boon at the beginning.

It means that it's stupid enough that it reproduces them - poorly.

Combat is completely different in BG3. I don't know why people keep comparing it to real time with pause games, they're practically different genres.

If it works correctly it's not a screenprinter, it's something unique as the output.

If I look at someone's paintings, then paint something in a similar style did I steal their work? Or did I take inspiration from it?
