There are things other than the presidency you can focus on

I don't get the people that are spending their time getting outraged at biden from the left. Like he's not my guy, I know he's not my guy, had a primary and lost. Not that I like the things he does... just didn't expect to like the thing he does in the first place. Kids in cages? Privatizing medicare? Drill baby drill? Shitloads of money for cops n military? Yep that's the guy that won. Theres no appetite for a primary so there's really nothing to do about it. You can with hold your endorsement or your vote but he doesn't care

I've seen it 3 ways. Like you described, with foil over the grate, or in a pouch like you'd do vegetables. My dad always did the latter I just do it on the grill

I think it depends how it's being done. If they just collect the donation and hand it off it's not helping them. Sometimes the fine print is that they're donating a percent of sales or whatever so if you donate $5 on a $50 sale that might be a higher percentage than what they donate.
