  • I don't understand what this statement says. The it's has to pick 30% of all households that make more than a thousand times the medium income? Is that lower than standard or higher? Why 30% and not 100%?

  • Probably not a troll specifically, right wing media focuses on those points specifically and then repeats them ad infinitum so the person watching feels like they're under constant assault and they need to fight. It's just a constant poke at emotion to agitate them into action. So they probably only bother to comment on those topics when otherwise they would just lurk.
