Or Android, or iOS, or a Chromebook, or whatever other OS you're using next year, if it isn't some sort of Linux/UNIX system... and even some of those might not be great, but at least you can find out.
I think you're missing the point that you never know when some opinion you hold will switch from popular to unpopular. So you can subscribe here at one point, and feel young, and then before you know it, you're out of touch, and everyone thinks that Facebook isn't cool.

I forked the Android alarm app and added "shake to snooze" about 10 years ago. Are these features really still lacking from the default alarm app or the main competitors?
Yeah, when I write something public I accept that anyone can read it or use it for whatever reason. When I pay for a service then it's a bit of a grey area. When the service is free I know my data will be used to make money by any means necessary.
Apple's series is very enjoyable. I loved the books, and it does a good job of translating them to screen. Howey is an executive producer on the show.
