  • I don't know. I'm on ml. Something about 'tankies'? I dont bother thinking about those cliques and ppl being so clique-y, and nor should anyone else. immature behaviour tbh, but I haven't received any teasing for being on ml so I think it's a minority of people who really dislike lefties maybe?

  • Then they get a chromium based laptop because those were the most affordable ones they can get.

Appification was generalized and its not ppls fault for growing up in that environment, especially if their parents were not big into computers and couldn't tell the difference.

  • Don't blame the people, they often cant get a mobile and tablet and computer... blame the awful corporations who made everything an app and pushed locked down mobile and tablets environments

  • I got a bunch of messages. I saw my inbox, dismissed the spam and then I saw this meme. Actually lol'd. Thank you.

edit: although I'm a bit concerned... What's going on here? Anyone actually check out those links..? Obviously sketchy. Malware? Some kind of long con scam? Does this person know their image is being used?

  • Can we for all that is good get more Linux support? there isn't any proton drive application for Linux. The excuse? Not enough available linux devs.

I dont have the numbers but who does proton think a good chunk of their customer base is or can be? People who use Linux because they value their privacy.

    Its mind boggling.

Its 'coming, ' whatever that means.

  • Welcome to Linux. You'll learn, and for the better, by using it more. Like picking up anything new there will be difficulties at times, but well worth it. The first positive on your list is good enough reason that makes any difficulties worth surpassing.

  • I also am a fan of dwm.

The wonderful thing about open source projects is just use the code and move on.

One can modify it as they please if needed, but if the code has no crappy political baggage then so be it.
