  • Oh so if u mute, they can still comment on your tweets but u won't see? It's functionally the same as lemmy right? (U block someone, they can comment on your posts and u don't see). So it becomes more problematic because twitter is more personal?

  • What if CEO doesn't fire people, company goes bankrupt, 20,000 ppl lose their jobs, thousands more lose a lot of money on stock market? There's no way to account for everything, not to mention enforcement of this would be biased, so big companies would probably ending up benefitting from that somehow...

  • I never used twitter, but doesn't this "block" feature block other people from seeing your tweets? So the "mute" feature that is maintained is what we see as "block" in other services like lemmy, right? As in you block who u don't want to see.
