They banned violence. Clearly banning things is effective. It worked when they banned drugs. And 100 years ago when they banned alcohol. And there's definitely no sex workers because prostitution is banned.

Seriously though I've never been good at anything artistic. I'm a programmer by trade and occasional dabble in the odd personal project lately, and I have a lot of hobbies. I experiment with electronics, I'm an (really really) amateur blacksmith. I feel like those engage the parts of my brain art might, but I don't feel like they're any sort of self expression. They're more academic pursuits, I do them to learn and learning itself is kinda the end goal.

To be honest I'm not sure I know what "expressing myself" in an artistic sense would be. I use words to convey my thoughts and emotions but I'm certainly no writer.

I hope this is right. I hate the rgb craze. Everything is $100 more expensive because it has $0.30 of LEDs attached to it.

My rig is on the higher end of mid tier but it's in a matte black box (Cooler Master N400) on the floor.

Just set up a VPN and transmit the video over that network. That's the easy method.

I hope they don't fuck this up. It'd be really easy for these incompetent bastards to do something stupid like "all internet traffic must be given the same priority."

Traffic shaping is important. Certain packets, like those for real time transmission, have to be given priority (think packets for game movement or phone calls or video conferencing) whereas things that can be downloaded or buffered into larger packets (streaming video, file downloads) the packets can be transmitted with lower priority.

The important part of this is the shaping doesn't happen on a per origin basis, but shaping for purpose is critical. I'm hoping any regulation isn't the nonsense that was spelled out previously, it'd be a disaster because it's like the dumb asses didn't bother to consult actual network engineers before drafting the proposals.

I hope they do it right if they're gonna do it.

Yeah it's a mid tier card, like I said beefy but nothing special.

I've played it for 50 hours now and have yet to experience a single issue. My PC is pretty beefy but nothing special. 12th Gen Intel processor, Radeon 6950 XT GPU, 16GB memory. Pretty bog standard gaming PC.
