There is no way to play CD audio in the background on an X Box anymore. It used to be in Groove Music, and then supposedly in Windows Media Player, but I can't find either of those in the store.

I love my SW ret Lab Omega 2020, but I have it at my adjustable standing desk, so if I start to get uncomfortable I just switch modes. I don't think any chair can be totally comfortable for a full work day.

Most of the time it's more economical to tear them down than to convert them. The plumbing work needed is probably the most expensive part but then you only have windows along the outside walls. I suppose you could have large common areas in the center.
