  • I bet every single one of them bought prior to the bubble and rate increase that started during the pandemic.

You are outta your mind if you think they are dropping $100,000-$300,000 for a down payment on a house, only to turn around and pay $3,000-$6,000/mo for a mortgage.

Those properties you see being sold are wealthy folks using them as investment vehicles.

  • Honestly hoping something like this happens in residential real estate, if it isn’t happening already. Housing is well overdue for a correction.

You can’t tell me that most people can afford a $400,000-$700,000 mortgage. Median incomes don’t support that price point. Median household incomes might support the lower end…barely. So I am starting to wonder just who is buying/selling all these houses. When I see a $600,000 “average” house last 3 days on the market and then sell for $760,000…I have questions.

  • I disagree. maybe for diesel vehicles like this, but for most vehicles such programs are not effective. We killed ours off completely a while back.

Decades ago in another state, my car was slightly out spec for the year, and it costed me $1,200 to fix. At the time I was living on my own and made $9/hour. I needed my vehicle to go to work to earn a living. I was lucky enough to be able to get a loan from a friend.

The only thing inspections lead to is a tax on the poor, just like most other types of vehicle citations.

The only way such a program is acceptable to me is if there were some mechanism to get your vehicle “repaired” at no cost to you.

  • Yep, but you missed a step. Get all achievements. Also, Play through K2 + SE. Also, Seablock.

I have gotten the achievements, but II haven’t “beaten” SE or K2 + SE, nor have I beaten Seablock.

I have thousands of hours in the game. I am a married guy with many kids. Pls send help.

  • I bought a color brother laser printer 3…almost 4 years ago. It still has the toner that came with it. We use it probably 1-3 times a week. Still going strong. Still plenty of toner left.

  • I am curious as to why they don’t try to create a canal/dam to force water to flow one way. Even if they have to pump tons of water, it seems like a better solution than simply watching things get worse.
