Looking at the state of public discourse and the rise of right wing extremists, I don't think bringing all the nazi's and other haters into the light of the internet has helped. That shit is definitely growing.

I've never understood how these violent criminals can be let out on bail, especially when they have a target already. Stab a stranger and you go to jail but stabbing your wife is apparently a less serious offence.

I agree we're over exposed to all the bad stuff and echoey internet rabbit holes are a definite problem. Antidepressants haven't had any effect on me but i've learned to live without joy. I have no desire to take it away from others or judge their outlook on life.

Those are all good things and we have record rates of depression and anxiety to go with them. Yay!

FWIW i seem to lack the ability to feel joy in anything, as a result I only feel the pain of living which gives me an extremely skewed viewpoint. Enjoy whatever you can in life.

It's wrong to harm because we have defined morally wrong to mean that which is harmful.

After watching a few nature documentaries I came to the conclusion that we inhabit an actual horror movie. Creatures are eating each other alive, eating their babies and raping others to death. It is a real fucking nightmare. Life is pain and suffering on a planetary scale. Good is whatever reduces this misery or makes it bearable for a time.

I absolutely loathe daylight saving. I have no tolerance for heat so more sun in summer is my worst nightmare. I need to leave this country.

I wonder what an androgynous body would feel like. My body is full boobs and hips, which is fine, but wholly unimportant to my identity. I think i would like the freedom of not being seen as boobs. I'm pretty genderless in my head.

I've never had a man not pick up on my interest. I have been called brutally honest though, so maybe I'm a bit more direct than most. I have had the reverse problem where they think normal politeness is an invitation.

The question is why, with an internet full of porn, do men want non consensual pornography that they know women are opposed to. It's as if the hurtfulness, the lack of consent and the control over the woman in the video are actually the point.
