there are many fonts that I mostly like, but then there's just one or a couple letters like g or l vs I that don't align with my preference and ruins it to use as a daily driver.

yeah, trying to convince our product owner to read commit messages wouldn't go smoothly in my team. Some of them love their tickets....

the dependency to the issue system is unfortunate though, I do miss a "decentralized issue system" doing what git does for version control that would just seamlessly integrate with git and have a nice web GUI for less technical folks.

I just keep my commit messages one-liners and elaborate more on pull requests, where there's enough context to really justify the change.

yeah, part of me is happy these abusive rootkits disguised as anti-cheats "don't work" on Linux. We customers shouldn't be putting up with that crap.

you don't have to wait, games run fine in most distros and the ones that don't are probably because of anti cheat which won't be solved with steamOS.

MSFS 2020 runs fine with proton and my thrustmaster gear. 2024 still has a lot of issues to my knowledge, I haven't tried that yet.
