Weakness is when the enemy occupies a third of your territory and most of your productive capacity (Ukraine) and builds or strengthens alliances with other growing world powers (China, India, Brazil, and others). Where did any Russian official announce that the total conquest of Ukraine was the goal of the Special Military Operation? The goal was the denazification of Ukraine and the protection of Russian-speaking populations in the east. So long as Nazis keep committing suicide by hurling themselves into Russian artillery bombardments, I don’t see how these goals are difficult to achieve.

The USA has always been a fascist country (just ask Native Americans and descendants of slaves). If you think slapping a few leaders on the wrist is going to stop fascism here, I would invite you to have a look at the history of Weimar Germany.

Where is the evidence for this? Rehabilitation of Nazism is against the law in Russia but encouraged in both the USA and Ukraine.

The US has been rather open about funding the entire Ukrainian government more or less since the war began (https://www.whitehouse.gov/briefing-room/speeches-remarks/2022/04/28/remarks-by-president-biden-on-the-request-to-congress-for-additional-funding-to-support-ukraine/), which cannot be done entirely by sending them old military equipment. And the idea that we are saving money by provoking a nuclear power has got to be one of the craziest things I have read in quite some time.

Can you survive without a car (outside of like 2 major cities) in the USA? A better question would also be: can you survive without a mask while airborne AIDS is blowing around and turning people's brains into Swiss cheese? You have at least a 10% chance of getting long covid each time you're infected. And some of these people with long covid are bedridden. Like unable to even turn themselves over in bed. Imagine knowing that you had done that to someone, that you had hollowed out some kid's brain because you thought it was too hard to put on a mask, because it's too hard to conceptualize a world in which we work for each other and help each other rather than our bosses.

Actually, I would love to live in a car-free world. I would love to take trains, buses, and bicycles everywhere. Bullet trains might save the planet from climate change, but then how are the investors in oil companies and car companies supposed to pay for their endless vacations? It's such a hard choice! I'm 35, I have a spouse and kids, I've worked all kinds of jobs and lived for years in other countries. Sacking all of your recruitment officials (as Zelensky did days ago) is always a sign of imminent victory and definitely not a sign of desperate exhaustion.
