Before he went to Spotify I really loved listening to his show because for the most part it was just casual conversation about things that were interesting. Seems like moving to Spotify turned him into an alt right monster.

I'm indifferent on unsold Teslas being targeted, not like law exists in this country anymore. 🤷🏻‍♂️

I am absolutely 100% fucking appalled that people would be ok with doxing Tesla owners. These are real people with families who now have to fear for their safety because they thought it was cool technology when they bought the car. They also may not be able to easily afford to sell the car and buy a new or used one right away.

This does nothing good for anyone and hurts any resistance movement and sadly makes any resistance look like it lacks empathy for fellow human beings just like how what the right is doing shows they lack empathy.

Random peoples' cars may not be getting burnt, but they are absolutely getting damaged by keying or spray paint or whatever. I know at least one owner who had something like that happen to them and they now fear for their family's safety because of it. That's not cool.

So making America great again clearly means a return to the era of rampant racism (did that ever really go away?). And sexism. And ableism. Only this time it's going to be out in the wide open.

What's next?

• Debtors' prisons?
• Mental Institutions?
• Orphans for "deformed" children?
• Trail of Tears 2? (probably why he wants to annex Greenland and/or Canada)

This is gets more depressing as fuck every day.

As someone who is in most ways affect by Trump and Elon's destroying of the federal government (on Social Security disability, on Medicaid, in HUD public housing -- all federally funded) I HAVE to pay attention to this stuff thanks to my anxiety and not wanting to be surprised when I'm homeless or in some camp.

My therapist has to constantly remind me to not spend so much time looking at news but god damn this is fucking frightening. I wish I had the option to be able to tune this craziness out.

Does this detect only Verizon bands or does it work for AT&T/T-Mobile towers too? I'm tempted to get this just out of curiosity but if it's only Verizon bands it's not really useful to me unless the fake towers attach to any device regardless of carrier.

Edit: Was able to find a brand new one on Ebay for a whopping $12 after taxes with free shipping. At the very least it'll be a nice paperweight if it proves useless to me. 😆

If my disabled ass can ever get the energy and motivation to go to a protest I want to have a sign that compares what I receive in a year with SSDI, Medicaid, and HUD housing to what just Elon receives in federal money for his businesses. Now who's the parasite?

The thing that bothers about this is the rampant speculation that is happening because of the state of American society right now. Will we ever know the truth for sure from the ME performing the autopsy given how extremely politicized things are right now? I don't know.

The article, and a few other articles I've read all indicate that she resigned from being a US Attorney before Trump had his second inauguration. People here have provided links to information that she was responsible for investigating Israeli and Russian people suspected of criminal activity. I remained incredibly skeptical that this wasn't anything other than pure coincidence.

Until I read a very interesting Substack article that goes a little deeper and makes the timing even more strange because she actually resigned THE DAY OF TRUMP'S SECOND INAUGURATION according to her Wikipedia. I got the Substack article from the "Talk" page on her Wikipedia.

Usually when people resign they give a slight indication of where they are going to go to next. Claims are that she wasn't forced out. But all of this together just doesn't feel right -- her exit from being a U.S. Attorney and her subsequent unfortunate passing just bothers me.

You make a good point. Maybe I’ve fallen into the trap of seeing street after street of boarded up buildings and hearing of houses being hit by stray bullets every couple of months and thinking it is a war zone.

I’ve never witnessed an actual war zone and can only go by images and videos I’ve seen. Maybe the better term is “areas with frequent gang activity that could mean innocent bystanders could get hit with a bullet”?

Not only schools, there are whole neighborhoods in most cities that are nothing less than a war zone with people involved being younger and younger. Why should gangs risk jail when they can recruit bored teens or tweens to do their dirty work and not be charged as adults?

Gen X here, I only use unscented dryer sheets because if I don't I will get shocked a lot. My apartment is great because the humidity is super low in the winter, but clothing hurts. Humidifier doesn't work because if I don't use distilled water everything gets a rust color on it. Also I'd be going through a gallon of distilled water a day. I can't afford that, but I sure as heck can afford a big box of unscented dryer sheets that solves my problem.

So are they committing mass genocide in Gaza to clear the way for Trump to buy it or is that no longer a thing? I can't keep up with this shit anymore. 🤷🏻‍♂️

It goes farther than that, it's a Republican issue and has been for decades. Trump is just saying the quiet parts out loud.

And traumatizing the fuck out of me because I grew up with a narcissistic parent and was subject to her wildly changing decisions, gaslighting, and her always saying the quite part out loud as if they are incapable of thinking without speaking.
