I think this is part of a PsyOP to hide the real tripcode - the one OP posted seems more like a LARPer that was inspired by the time Elon basically proved it was him by talking about changes to twitter before they were actually implemented.

I think that one is a fake LARPer that was inspired by the real one when elon first bought twitter, he went on 4chan and talked about changes he would make before they actually happened.
