Do you know about actuarial sciences? Is maths, they kinda hard but they are fun, the day to day job is basically programming. Is a really high paid job and of you want ro leave the US, you would be able to work anywhere on the world because actuarians are missed everywhere and you're going to have top health insurance and benefits.
I'm an actuarie, I came back to collage to study it 8 years ago at 32yo and now I have a really good paid job, full health insurance for me, my wife and our cats. The home office is 3 home/2 office.
I don't know about the trans experience being cis myself, but I know a really good trans actuarie with a senior position in KPMG that I had the pleasure of being audited by her and it was nice.
The main contras of this job is that is in the financial sector, or worst in health insurance. I would love to get a job on our regulatory body, or in the judicial system (as an actuarial auditor), but those jobs are few and really hard to get (you basically need to be a lawyer on top of an actuarie).
I have no problem using AI to find bugs, but this specific process was a Python-SAP pipeline connection and SAP is pretty country-sector-company specific that unless you train in-house no model is going to understand what are you talking about.
Not a lot really, half a day or something like that, but it was a boomer because the analyst had to the process manually. Then I had to spend a couple of days re checking my scripts to see of I had some more hardcoded variables.
I do mostly data science and was going crazy when one of my scripts stopped working properly in January after months of use without problems. It's pretty obvious when you write it down, but I had hardcoded 2024 somewhere and it was using the 2024-01 dataset.
Do you think they're doing to drill the wall to fix the wood to it and to the metal part? I don't think the wood is going to be fixed to rhe metal part or it would have the holes to put it already.
I don't think is a WIP, the light fixtures are usually the last work they do to avoid broke it while doing other jobs and here there already functional.
My wife just got a new job working for a food company and her title is "AI developer chef analyst". Completely ridiculous, she going to work in a test kitchen cooking with plant based products, and these people make her sound like an OpenAI engineer.
Same shit happened on Argentina, but with left parties and associations. 11:59: fuck the Vatican. 00:00: El Papa es Argentino!! Viva el Papa y Viva Peron!!!
I blame fucking fantasy where the monarchy is noble and just want the best for the kingdom.
