  • It does! Just not for the US. Thanks to the US pledging unlimited protection funding Israel has well funded schools, universal healthcare, and even provides grants for housing along with explicit military support for those creative souls that repurpose old housing that has been recently abandoned in completely unrelated incidents by former 'wildlife.'

  • Offer education, contraception, and healthcare universally, regardless of border. This would tank the birthrate in a non fascist way, which is an objectively good thing. This weird procapitalist idea that we need or should want or really could sustain 8+ billion apex predators is ridiculous. In no ecosystem is that sustainable, even if the predators are smart enough to stop directly predating in other animals.

We should genuinely be striving for the least number of people that still allows the highest quality of life, with a further constraint being the lowest impact to the rest of the environment. Make no mistake, everyone regardless of immutable or even mutable status should be allowed to have kids if they want, but we shouldn't want or need to frame it as something essential to continue continuity of wage labor.

  • Cool, every part of the government for longer than you've been alive has already been doing right wing loyalty tests to all positions. This plan isn't new, it's not particularly detailed. I mean the FBI specifically was formed to enforce right wing ideology amongst government workers (and the public at large.)

  • Sanctions like this don't work to affect change, it's cruelty for the sake of cruelty with no other plausible purpose. Citizens have practically no control of their government in any nuclear state, blaming them and punishing them for something wholly unrelated to them based on their country of origin or residence is literally in the definition of hate speech, and literally is a fascist activity.

  • Project 2025 is no different from the standard Republican policy points for the last hundred years. Dems cheered on and helped try to accomplish the new American century, there's no reason to think project 2025 will also be watered down to be bipartisan like the policy lists before it.

  • The first violent Zionist settlers started migrating in the late 1800s, not the 20th century, this is more Zionist propaganda that leaves out the early terror in Palestine that foreshadowed the rest of the conflict. These early terror groups were mostly ineffective, but their eventual dissolution lead to Zionist thought spreading to what are now the top supporters and financiers of Israel. the rest of the comment is spot on though.

  • The ones that made it to Florida were the former ownership class that had the choice of staying to face trial for their crimes against the Cuban people, or get on the boat. Occasionally a "politically persecuted" person or group would "escape" in later years. Usually these people either helped the CIA with their destabilization attempts or were just ordinary criminals that fled prosecution like many Americans go to Russia to do. The US was more than happy to accept both groups without any vetting as that helped their narrative that Castro was a tyrant making up charges.

Floridian Cubans, Gusanos, hate communism for the same reason anyone in the parasite class hates communism; they're mad the playing field was leveled and they had to answer for their crimes against humanity.

  • Give any animal the ability to photosynthesize. Now animals are of course complex creatures that need a variety of nutrients to function properly, and the number of chemicals we've seen be able to be photosynthesized is low, but imagine only needing to nude sunbathe for like a half hour to get enough sugars to fulfill your caloric intake, including the less efficient carb->protein/carb->fat conversion and pop a pill for some vitamins. Imagine if all animals had that as a baseline and just needed to hunt/forage for nutrients and vitamins to support auxillary functions.

Overpopulation would be nearly impossible despite massive population booms, with the only real limitation being physical space and the social dynamics of any given species or interspecies interactions.

  • Conservatives naturally have to be in a rightward spiral at all times. Nearly all conservatives will end up fascist, how fast they do so depends on how much of a rachet the centrist party acts as and how much that centrist party elimates left wing voices.

  • Is Amazon's robotaxi company trying to sidestep federal safety laws?

The answer is always yes, unless they specifically wrote the laws to hamstring competition, in which case the answer is also yes but they try harder to hide it.

  • The rise of crypto and other limited quantity intermediaries shows that stable value step is far easier than it once was, and of course with China and Russia having ridiculous levels of precious metal wealth a worse case scenario would just be a literal gold standard currency for brics transactions.

While the US might throw a hissy fit about this (I mean they invaded Libya exclusively because Libya were launching a gold standard to trying to get non US oil trading to adopt it) they dont have the ability to say no. The US has no manufacturing sector compared to China or Russia, the former of which the US relies on massively for the majority of its domestic manufacturing needs. It also can't compete in the remote service economy compared to India, and again has outsourced a large chunk of that part of its economy there.

US sanctions only work if the country sanctioned provides nothing of value that can't be easily done domestically. There's a reason that China as a whole is not sanctioned despite doing things far worse than Cuba ever did.

Refusing to trade in USD would be the same as sanctions in this scenario, and I'm willing to bet brics has figured out that they have enough demand across their member nations to support not trading with the US.

  • You could apply the law across all companies in a conglomerate, forcing either competition to be more attractive than monopolizing or forcing the tax to take effect with potential harm to lower income targeted companies within the conglomerate, allowing competition at the lowest income levels to flourish while eliminating it among higher end brands.

I.e. either Yum Brands sells off taco bell in order to focus on higher end options like KFC, or taco bell essentially gets sold off to a new company without the same leadership.

It's flawed, like all attempts to keep capitalism in check, but it's easier to sell to a brainwashed public than any left wing option that would actually improve society instead of just slowing capitalism's journey towards the total enshittification criticality point.

  • While it's technically a British invention it's an Indian British invention via immigrants. It's like saying america invented pizza or hamburgers. Like it technically is a new thing that was just invented in a place, but against the will of the populace until enough old racists died out to allowthis new variation to take hold.
