  • It is not the severity of the crimes but the risk of executing innocents. A person could be a convicted pedophile but new evidence might reveal that they were innocent.

  • I read it as credibility with Russia's citizens. They believed that their government will prevent any attack coming to Russian soil.

  • Eh when the founders are dead long enough, people stop caring. Ex: Chanel

  • No they're not!

  • But style is also part of a person's personality no? I say this as someone who slaps on clothes on themselves more often than not.

  • I do not understand the dislikes. Your response is quite polite.

  • I might have worded my comment poorly. I did not mean to insinuate that it was "safer" but that there is more variety. That is, it is easier to find 18th century toaster porn today than back in the 2000s.

  • The porn landscape has changed quite a bit since the 2000s:

    • Accessibility: In those days people had the "family computer" which limited the time you could access porn and had to be extra careful as to not get caught. Nowadays you can see porn on a plethora of devices and can basically see porn 24/7.
    • Variety: Nowadays you can find porn for anything and it can get pretty dark. Porn addicts get bored of regular porn and go down a dark rabbit hole. Back in the day you had to make due with what you get or go through a lot of effort to find something you like more.

Mind you I am not saying that porn should be outright banned but there should be barriers in place. Example porn can only use the domain "xxx" so parents can add the filter to the parenting controls of whatever devices. Sure there are ways to circumvent that but it at least takes more effort.

  • But wouldn't them buying all the rights to "basically everything" incentivise them more to jack up prices and include ads since the user base has no legal alternatives ?

  • Getting a Shavette. The prospect of it being sharper than a straight razor makes you think that you will slice your face off, but in my experience at worst I had a nick or 2. The blades are dirt cheap and perform better than multi bladed razors.

A nice bonus is you have no plastic waste.

  • Kind of reads like ASUS

  • I mean if you move to a country that has equal rights, I think you should try not to brutally beat an lgbt couple because your god hates the gays.

  • Yeah it is as if someone invented the microwave oven and everyone over hypes it as being able to cook Michelin star meals. People then dismiss it entirely since it cannot produce said Michelin star meals.

They fail to see that is a great reheating machine and a good machine for quick meals.

  • And as a paragon of good I wouldn't think Jesus would be so smug about it

  • Take a gender at this*

  • Mind you I am not saying Lemillion should have been given one for all. Just see that he should have been the main character. One for all could be a mcguffin for the heroes to keep out of the hands of the villains instead of using it like a cheat code.

  • I also dislike when the underdog genuinly starts off as an underdog and is just given a cheat code which is played off as "hard work and determination".

Like the main character of My Hero Academia. A person born without super powers in a world full of super heroes. You get excited at how he will overcome his limitations..... and the answer to that is be given the strongest power in that world and get even more super powers on top of that.

It is especially annoying how the surrounding characters act like it isn't a cheat code.

Funny thing is in that universe there is a character called Lemillion who had powers with drawbacks and had to learn to take advantage of them. A true underdog making the most of the cards he was dealth with. He should have been the MC of the show.

  • Yeah, has me confused as well

  • It's a bit gay
