Bannon seems like he's identified all the pain points Americans are feeling, but has the exact wrong ideas on how to solve all of them.

I mean, the fundamental breakdown of civility is going to be the answer, because widespread politically-motivated violence cannot happen without it. How long it will take for the country that keeps threatening to devolve into a civil war to actually do so is anyone's guess.

Sounds stupid, but there's plenty of things that require groups of people to be possible. Community sports, political activism, board games and cards, etc. typically have easy to join communities created for the express purporse of doing the one thing.
