  • You expect too much from "tech journalists".

  • Apple on Thursday argued the lower court orders violate the U.S. Constitution because they overstep the powers of a federal judge. Apple argued that the trial judge relied on a case brought by a single developer - rather than a broader class of developers - to justify a nationwide ban, without proving that the nationwide ban was needed to remedy the harm caused to Epic.

That's a pretty flimsy ground to resist the ruling. But that's expected when you are the Disney of the tech world.

  • Gnarly way to go dude. Hope it was over before she realised anything.

  • Hide the pain, literally.

  • I loved Max's look on 1 and 2. They made him a "generic game protagonist" in 3. Half of the fun was watching him grimace the whole game.

  • You buy ads with the target demographic criteria. That's often people with jobs, newlyweds etc.

It's not an "equal right" to be targeted by the ads.

  • MKBHD's yearly video lamenting Xperia Phones are my only reminder that Sony still makes phones.

My first smartphone was an Xperia, so I still have a soft spot for them. But it's unlikely for them thrive in this market with cutthroat margins.

  • Isn't he being extradited now? TF he was doing, coming out hiding.

  • Can we get a usb-c port with data? And more power supply to the ports? I hate having to power hard disks with a separate cable.

  • Antimatter still has a positive mass. It's not some exotic negative mass matter.

  • I'm eyeing the BOOX ultra for a while now.

  • They aren't affected in the same way IE isn't affected.

  • That's like saying low oxygen levels will kill giant critters from 300 million years ago.

    Ok, sure.

  • Replicator...print the look of pride on my mother's face.
