And it finally, after all those years, took the toll. Ubisoft crashed hard and hopefully they burn and fizzle out like a wet fart they are, all of the people starting with lower management and up gets yeeted, and maybe the next owner in line will have more brains and listen to the community.

Don't get me wrong, I haven't bought or played their games for the past 10 years, with exception of the first The Division, but I've been following their death spiral for the last few years and I am glad it finally showed on a company. But we need more examples.

I do that by default. I have to actively think about empathy when I do CRs, because the other devs (who should not be doing these kinds of mistakes) just can't fucking do their job right for once.

But when I am getting a review, I don't get mad unless I am personally attacked (happened with a colleague who had a very high ego and somehow made it to a higher position, finally being let go about half a year back).

It was officially announced the game is never ever getting a sale, and every price increase is communicated ahead of time. I bought it back in the day on Indiegogo fot 15$, but I'd gladly spend the price for an AAA game if I knew what I am getting into. Absolutely gem of a a game, and absolutely GOATed dev team.

But unlike drugs, it gets cheaper (technically) per hour of entertainment.

Or good gun laws, like here in Czechia. We have kind of strict tests to obtain a license and lots of ways to weed out weirdos. It is also a long process so nobody can just come and buy a gun whenever they please.

Dumb and propagandized people are the plague, guns violence is the symptom. But yeah, it is easier to get rid of the guns, because it is hard as fuck to educate those people because they don't listen.

While I think it is a great spin on the genre of collecting monsters to enslave them so they craft bullets for you, I agree with you on Nintendo.

Just uninstall the kernel module that takes care of the GPU working properly, should solve the conflicts. You probably won't see the screen, so I advise to do a disk clone to a different PC and mirror your actions.

Worst thing is, with any systemic rule change, the change js not instant. Allowing something like that would wither cause a spike up in crimes, or we'd feel it down the line. On the other hand, banning them doesn't make sense, either.
