yeah it looks like that's the shadow of the package on the bottom right corner so it probably took the photo as the driver turned away.

Egypt should be on the restricted list. Many VPN providers don't work and they blocked OpenVPN so you can't even get a vps and make your own (you probably can with other protocols but i haven't looked too much into that).
