I bet these are better than some of the Early Access titles I've tried.

If he was shooting with subsonic ammunition then the pistol may have needed cocking after every shot. It didn't really seem to slow him down much and probably made the shots quieter because there wouldn't be the loud crack of the bullets breaking the sound barrier.

My most played games continue to be Stardew Valley, Brawlhalla, Superflight, Just Cause 3, and Puyo Puyo Tetris.

It helped me tolerate the "itching under my skin" sensation but I'm not sure how much of that was just from being in liquid. I don't recall what the vinegar was supposed to do.
