  • Yeah my car plays the 11,000 MP3s from a SDcard inside the armrest compartment.

  • When I watch YouTube on the Roku in my bedroom I see ads and it's terrible. If I see a 30 second ad I go back and hit play again, usually I have to do that two or three times and then I get a 5-second skippable ad. Even then I'm often only two or three minutes into the video before it plays another ad.

  • Price, comfort, quality, looks.

  • I didn't give consent to be penetrated by those appendages.

  • As others have said, play Civ 5. Better game with all the bugs worked out, and cheaper.

  • I think if I had an airtight alibi I'd have to talk about that. If the police want to keep you they will keep you either way.

  • Freedom of speech means you can say what you want (within reason) and the government can't stop you. It doesn't mean that anyone has to listen.

If you want to engage in what is largely regarded as hate speech, see where trump and musk post, they're pretty good at hating.

  • Every time I receive a bill in the mail I'm like "This is every month now?"

  • The Saudis will find a place for them to work I'm sure.

  • It's like someone who has no formal education but has a high level of confidence and eavesdrops on a lot of random conversations.

  • I suspect the reason is:

Close to half of all parcels entering the US under de minimis were sent from China, according to a 2023 report by the US Congressional committee on China.

There was also the thing where you could order items on eBay for $1 and they were shipped from China. I could not understand the economics of that so I did some research and found that a Chinese-American was working with/for the USPS to make that sweetheart deal. Not sure if it's still a think but I think that started the floodgates of cheap Chinese goods into the US. This article talks about that, not sure if it was ever fixed: https://www.forbes.com/sites/wadeshepard/2017/11/05/how-the-usps-epacket-gives-postal-subsidies-to-chinese-e-commerce-merchants-to-ship-to-the-usa-cheap/

  • Is he heavily invested in TurboTax or something?

  • I love this flip-flop back and forth messing with people's plans and livelihoods. It's almost as if trump has no idea what's he's doing.

  • I put it off for a long time but I enjoyed it co-op. It was relatively short, the antagonists weren't that compelling or even very present in the story, but I felt like it was greater than the sum of it's parts and I enjoyed re-visiting Far Cry 5 locations with post-apocalypse appearances. Like "Hey, here is the island where you started FC5" and "Hey, here is the gas station at the rural intersection where you had to steal the truck."

  • YMMV but as a long time mod installer I find the UI of Vortex more confusing than manually modding most games. But if the UI clicks with you then yeah it would be a lot easier than manual.

  • Yeah he's like the bratty sensitive kid that will take his ball and go home if he doesn't get his way.

  • Yes, you got me there. Forgot about New Dawn even though I finally played it for the first time a couple months ago.

  • This is great, US businesses will suffer before the US government starts feeling the pain of less tax revenue from those businesses.

  • There you go orange man, mess with the unions.
