  • As someone who is currently using a fairphone 3, I cannot recommend it.

The idea is good, but let down by very cheap hardware. The fact is that, when you get the phone brand new, it's already a very low end phone. Still having it 3 years later just means that it'll be even worse. The fact that you can repair/replace most of it (but not upgrade) doesn't change that fact.

I have been so disappointed with the experience on mine and would've replaced it ages ago if I could afford to.

Have to say, though, security updates are good.

  • Nothing except the fact that I have absolutely no desire to use an iPhone or, indeed, any Apple products at all.

  • Pay off my mortgage. And those of my siblings. Boring, but it's what I'd do first...

  • The second Transformers film was so bad I was actually angry when I left the cinema.

  • Exactly what I thought of Avatar: visually impressive, but really boring.

Haven't seen the second one, but I assume it's the same.

  • Don't like corn on the cob. Sweet potatoes are OK, but I don't really enjoy them. They fit into the "will eat because I have to, but don't really enjoy" category of veggies. Peanuts are ace and are definitely not vegetables. I mean, technically they are, but really they're nuts and I will die on that hill.

  • I still eat them, because you have to, but I've never yet met a vegetable that I actually enjoy eating. Some are better than others.

Admittedly, I'm not counting potatoes, which I do quite enjoy, because they don't have the nutritious value that most veggies have. But no other exceptions.

  • Vegetables. Just can't enjoy them.
