That sucks. Laptops are always a bit trickier. Linux works flawlessly on most things I install it on these days. Manjaros been on my desktop for the past 4 years.

Mac and Linux it's instant, and not some garbage AI/ads/web search results.

It's the same as M365, and they're always changing where things are located and renaming things. So stupid.

Ah yes. Well when I want to modify my IP address I do:

Win+R

Then I enter:

Ncpa.cpl

And hit enter. So easy.

Not so easy is the more useful printer settings:

Windows had 3 peaks. 95, xp, and 7.

I'd be all over it, but only if it wasn't full of log collection and self driving bullshit like all EVs. EVs are a step to buying a rental. It's not yours. Cameras will be watching. I've had no lucky with my 7 digit exports and can't find anywhere to reset them, but it seems these services only use authy for totp.

One issue I had was authy kept trying to auto update from the old version any time I was in the setup process and it would cease to function, forcing me to restart it, and then it was updated.

All I did was go to the appdata folder in windows where it was installed and I found different folders for the specific version and I just opened a terminal there and ran it with the argument defined in the guide and it worked fine.

Does it have a desktop app and mobile app?

Eh nothing too alarming. At the time I installed it arch was still requiring a full build from scratch without a Gui installer. I'd definitely go back when I reinstall next time.
