EU commission clears acquisition of VMware by Broadcom

  • Over here we consider Broadcom is where things go to die a slow death. There should be some form of rule if a company is not actively working on their products / retiring them then they need to make it freely accessible to the public.

  • I just switched to Linux with PopOS about a month ago. My aging HDD is about to die because of bad sectors, and I was able to get myself a great deal on a 1 TB Crucial P3. Got it and decided to install Linux instead of cloning my HDD.

    There are minor pains of using Linux over Windows and trying to run Windows programs on it, but it is so much better now compared to even just a year or so ago.

  • Sometimes I like watching garbage just because it is garbage.

    This season seems there is a continuation of Masamune-kun's Revenge and that is when I realised there was a previous season to it released around 3 years ago. Show is utter garbage, but I still watched the first season.
