Yeah for higher energy bands especially, I just don't get wanting to sit at shows. I'd rather just not go if I didn't think I could stand/dance through a concert. I think it's cool when venues have some designated seating for those who need it but it's always kind of a bummer when I go and it's mostly or only seated..kinda kills the energy
Like every day or casual? Shadowlands was pretty much the nail in the coffin for me retail-wise. Have had some fun with classic the last couple years though.
But no toppings (lettuce, tomato, cheese, onions etc.) So a plain burger and a piece of Danish for 3.50 isn't exactly great value nutritionally. But yeah this could be done cheaper and probably could have gotten at least some store brand cheese too.
My wife and I are extremely fortunate in that we have a family friend rent situation that is way below market rent and both have decent income & no kids (yet). We enjoy a bit of light travel and go to 5-6 concerts a year and maybe one music festival. Outside of that we are fairly frugal. Don't eat out often, do most of our shopping at Aldi etc. That being said, we don't feel particularly well-off. And if we had a mortgage (minimum in our area with a 20 percent down payment) would be around $2k a month and a car payment, things would be pretty tight. I don't know how people are getting by at this point.. especially new families buying their first home and starting to have kids..
Yeah yeah I get all that and I know how to merge. I was talking more about drivers who are overly aggressive and reckless. Especially in construction zones and when there are accidents. And yeah I guess I do think I'm probably a little morally superior to the jackasses speeding and cutting in aggressively/in really unnecessary unsafe manners in their 3-ton f250s.
Not sure why people are so up in arms about this. I read this as a jab at those people who speed wildly past everyone else and cut in at the LAST moment. I still let those people in because I find it is almost always safer/wiser to be passive and yield when driving.
