Fallout 3 for me works well as a sandbox and less as a narrative driven RPG. I had a lot of fun with it but I know if you went in expecting it to be something it’s not (like the first 2 fallout games) you’re gonna be disappointed.

Is this like an Balan Wonderworld bad? Where it’s polished but just an awful experience? Or is it just buggy and meh?

Balans are some of my favorite because there’s something fascinating about a well polished turd that you can’t look away from.
