  • Same thing with having one of those breathalyzer things on your car. You have to pay to have it installed, pay a monthly fee in addition to all the other shit you've already paid for. And then you can only go a very few certain places. Makes it incredibly difficult to recover from that. It's not to punish you or keep you off the road after a DUI, it's so they can extract more money from you

  • We need an FOIA for employees. For example, if one employee thinks they're getting paid less for their job than they should be, they should be able to request what somebody else is making and then be able to know she negotiate past that.

  • Also, they can get to fights with other cats or other animals. So that's another danger, not to mention getting hit by a car or getting stolen. We're getting picked up a animal control and you not knowing where it is. There's a lot of things

  • This'll never stand. What'll be next? The price for dui is already too high and the person likely to do this won't have the money to facilitate it anyway or even further financially ruining people. We may not like druck drivers but this is too much. If the State wants to help victims of drunk drives, then get a fund going that will help them. More punishment is not the answer

  • Energy drinks have so much shit in it to help give you energy/keep you awake. Coke and other sodas have sugar and caffeine. And I never said that the others got a pass, they're both bad for you, just one is way fucking worse.

  • I'm sorry, but I don't buy that 100%. To an extent maybe, but there are ads that get presented to me sometimes that is just wild out of the blue and I'm like what the fuck. I didn't do anything to suggest. I might like this at all. So I can understand what this person saying

  • Remission is kind of a misunderstood term, people think they means it's cured or whatever, but you can ever be cured from cancer. It just means it's not actively killing you right now and tumors are shrinking. Tumors could even go away, but you're not cured and the cancer can always come back, it can also come back in other places. But don't get me wrong here, remission is definitely a good thing and it's worth celebrating 100%

  • Also don't forget like he said it was like seeing everything all at once, it's just a bunch of noise and you have to learn to pick out what you want to see. Like when you're out of concert and everybody is loud around you and you want to listen to your friend, you have to learn how to do that, I'm not sure I'd classify that as better
