  • Just because I haven't seen it here: I use Mlem and like it. I haven't tried any other apps but from the comments here it seems no one else has tried Mlem so I'm not sure how it compares. I do enjoy the filtering of keywords. It's indispensable these days.

  • Thank you for taking the time on this really interesting write up. I enjoy coffee (a lot) but haven't gotten into the more technical aspects. This was helpful to hear the benefit of sifting, and of course, using good grinders, but I'm glad to know that someone with much more coffee expertise than myself doesn't feel the need to sift their grounds regularly.
