Sometimes one or two just don't have enough channels. The bottom one doesn't look like a scope though. It may be a spectrum analyzer, but it's hard to see.
I would suggest building a PC with a Ryzen 7800X3D or a 9800X3D if you can find one in stock and an RX 7800 XT GPU.
Prebuilt desktops are really overpriced if you want something high end and there is very little customization available.
The speed usually increases with capacity, but this drive uses HAMR instead of CMR, so it will be interesting to see what effect that has on the speed. The fastest HDDs available now can max out SATA 3 on sequential transfers, but they use dual actuators.
Just keep in mind that you can't wipe the bad sectors that have been remapped. That's unlikely to be an issue for a personal drive, but something to consider if it held particularly sensitive information.
