  • Some Chinese EVs copy the style of fancy cars. For example the Xiaomi EV practically ripped off a Porsche.

    Original, high quality designs require high development costs. Also a good design should consider the functionality as well, such as aerodynamics specific to the power and handling of the vehicle. Weight distribution etc.

    Edit: not an expert at all, just my guess and observations

  • YouTube isn’t a necessity — and neither is the internet, really. We don’t need them to survive. That said, I do enjoy YouTube as a form of entertainment. I’ve tried alternatives like NewPipe and Invidious, but none of them work as smoothly as YouTube with ad blockers.

  • My personal experience spending time with people with germaphobia:

    • They have no idea where germs actually are or how germs are transmitted. They just do specific things that they assume "clean", or avoid specific things that they assume "dirty"
    • They share similarities with people with OCD

    Phobias are by definition irrational.
