Have to disagree on the GPU part -- I first played it with a 970, mostly on medium. It can be nearly maxxed out (no RT) on a 6600XT, which I used for my second playthrough (on Linux).

Same here. I do use 2 dynamic collections: Installed Locally and Full Controller Support. That's basically just to make it easier to pick stuff to play from the couch.
Otherwise it's all in one big bucket, but it's a searchable bucket, so that's fine.
If you take a look at ProtonDB, there are many, many examples of people just saying "switch to Experimental". If Experimental is changing all the time, then this doesn't make a lot of sense.
