  • I was making $15/hr at Walmart over the pandemic when I just couldn’t stand to be at home anymore.

I was STILL on food stamps and had Medicaid.

It’s asinine, I’m not even mad they fucked with the heiresses boat in Ibiza.

  • I have some friends in higher places than I.

One was doing the move from California to Vegas that a lot of people with money did a few years back.

I had asked him to explain, and he started with “ok, so say you make a million dollars a year…”

Sir, I have never seen that many zeroes in my bank account, fuck you mean?

Love him… but he’s a bit out of touch.

  • They locked me up in a circular room and that bugs me.

    Bugs?

    I hate bugs.

    They drive me crazy….

  • We truly have some sophisticated conversations over here. Love you lemmings

  • As we grow up our mac and cheese gets fancier 🥰

  • If you live somewhere you can grow tomatoes, do it. There’s nothing like a fresh off the vine tomato you grew yourself.

Also they taste way better than grocery tomatoes (assuming you’re in the US)

  • Natures Bliss Sweet Cream Vanilla-- nondairy.

  • Wisconsinite who has lived in Vegas, but close!

  • Hottest was somewhere between 115F and 120F (46.2C and 48.9C)

Coldest was -30F with a windchill of -55F (-34.4C with windchill of -48.3C)

  • Once again, thank you guys for all that you do. As many other people are saying, appreciate the transparency about these things.

  • It would be silly to not.

    Here’s a tomato for you 🍅

  • Charge your phone tho friend

  • Shoutout to lead paint and asbestos maybe?

  • I was Reading a post earlier tonight where someone shared an anti Covid view point and dropped the whole big Pharma/government groupthink garbage.

Every comment was telling them they would not be accepted here with those views.

I checked a few hours later and the conspiracists comment was gone, but it did have the largest number of downvotes I’ve come across yet at 150ish.

An echo chamber we need not be, but conspiracy garbage we need not at all.

I just miss when conspiracies were fun and not essentially a threat to one’s livelihood.

  • Multigenerational living, on a farm. Most everything we eat or use comes from our property, our neighbors, or my husbands family’s property.

I’m very well cognizant this is not an option for a lot of people, and I know how lucky I am to not have to spend money on bills most people have… it’s a big reason why I try to pay it forward in many ways, as often as I can.

That said, I grew up in abject poverty… so I’m playing catch up, even now.

    Such is reality.
