All bricks are blocks but definitely not vice-versa, and these certainly don't have the dimensions or material of a standard brick.
I couldn't find what they were made of but the material is quite white to allow for painting, and reasonably dense. The point is to buy one, paint/draw/spray your message on it and place it within the structure, so they are obviously weatherproof. The proceeds go to care for mentally disabled people.
Lots of science fiction does. I read Metamorphosis of Prime Intellect (full text legally available online) and collapse of governments was a natural consequence of an all-powerful AI... although that was only possible because of fictional physics, giving you a much-needed reality check.
"Connected to the Internet" is a spectrum from "no network interface available" to "can reach every server that people agree is 'online'". Is it enough to have a working TCP/IP stack, receive a ping reply from connectivitycheck.android.com (or other arbitrary server), or do you have to know if there's a firewall (like in China)?
I imagine 4G-enabled LiFePO₄ BMSs too. Unlike Li-Ion, the cells probablywon't burst into flames when shorted, but a near-short circuit inside the BMS could heat it up enough to ignite it and things around it.
