Exactly what more than 5th grade math do you need in such world?

I think a lot of people forget what they learn in 5th grade math. You learn negative numbers. You learn unit conversion, fraction, prime, square roots.

Would more math help absolutely. Especially with the logic wizard seems to lack. But it is not like many people use higher level math today anyway.

According to the British government 5th grade math includes interpret negative numbers in context, count forwards and backwards with positive and negative whole numbers, including through 0.

Because I like to throw situations at players and sit back and watch them fumble the execution and yet always come out on top.

This is my tinniest irritation.

The translate app tries to fit the text on the sign. Regardless on of tiny or distant it gets making it sometimes impossible to read. Can't you zoom you ask?

Yes if you take a take a picture. But first it makes enormous photo sound making people in places you are not allowed to take photo turn around. Then you need to wait for it to translate again. Tben you can zoom in.

Just because it cool to see the text actually on the screen.

But would you not feel the scene was even more derailed if the player said remember this is like Halloweentown when they trying to figure if it worth buying the fancy torches?

Also don't it give "demand" that all player know the reference? Because for me I know it ever darkness but you didn't? Instead had a 5 sentence description that you can quickly look it up and said it was ever lasting night.

Absolutely with you on giving the players the freedom to shape the world from mine to ours. That is the very reason I try to figure out how much lore I can get away not giving players so they feel part of world but also shape it.

I felt the same regard reference but wanted to check as it saved some time this like Stormfell but with undead servants. Instead of a three sentences but it felt so cheep.

They will hear the boss plan, and same plan next door. Because I am sure my players would by the third door complete misunderstand the plan making it wonderful when they look at their notes oh that was the plan.
