Why is the princess sad about being rescued by a lovely big orange cat?

Can’t say that I have found them. I hoped Cara would be a new landing place but I think we are all wary of investing our energy in building another place that gets taken away or drives us out later.

I’m definitely interested to see how Apple has approached this and integrated into the experience. But I’m having a hard time being enthusiastic because I’m just so sick of AI bullshit in everything. Maybe this will be different 🤞

Maybe we need a Twitter bot. An open source one that many people can run. Use all of the dormant accounts to just constantly remind people that millions have left and they should also.

Yeah they are pretty sweet in person. The prices are dropping fast, I'm seeing them for $15k. Even with some potential repair costs and having to figure it out myself (since there's no warranty) that's a pretty amazing deal.

If it's being built by a for-profit megacorp or a neonazi oligarch, then... we're doomed.

The names they use for products make it difficult to take them seriously.

Ok then I hope all the business accounts, social media reps, uptime reports, customer service hotlines, and advertisers plan to stop using Twitter.

Same. Completed my switch this week on all my devices. No regrets. The results are excellent and well organized and it’s really useful.

Next project is to add the rest of my family to the family plan
