  • 261 rounds across a single term, but not more than any other president. Woodrow Wilson played somewhere around 1000-1200 games according to different sources I read. Still, it's definitely worth noting that Trump's golfing this term has already cost more than some of Musk's cullings, to the tune of around $10.7 million.

  • As a New Yorker, herr Trump has never set foot on public transportation. The best he knows of it is what he's seen in movies and TV that portray it in the worst light possible, a big public toilet, full of junkies, homeless, and poors. As for taxis and busses, they're just a transit system for the poor that gets in the way of his private limo, should he deign it necessary to set foot on the ground level of the city amongst the commoners.

  • This is disgusting... It's not even subtle how they're trying to change reality. If you weren't afraid before, this is terrifying.

Next we'll be putting boots on the ground to "liberate Ukraine from Zelensky's tyranny..."

  • 100% agree. I got one last year from "Comcast" that looked totally legitimate. All the domains were correct. They managed to spoof everything, even the delivery header addresses. Everything but the sign in link, which went to a very obvious Russian redirect site.

  • With how Trusk's lackeys are going about, this wouldn't shock me anymore.

  • Just give me a notice before I buy, "Warning! This game is in early access and hasn't been updated in X amount of time. It may be abandoned."

If they're going to do anything else, block sales to the game after a certain period of inactivity and notify the dev to either update the game, delist, or make the game free.

That way the game isn't lost to time, people aren't getting scammed, and it places some accountability on the dev if they want to continue their project.

  • Literally Lügenpresse. People need to get familiar with Hitler's playbook, cause that's the reality we're experiencing right now.

  • I dunno, it brings to mind some weird nightmare band with Lemmy Kilmister and Kevin Federline and I see that working out about as well as KFed's marriage to Britney...

  • Great, so now we're gonna supply military equipment to the country that's shipping military equipment to Russia...

    Not even subtle...

  • All in all you're

  • Unexpectedly? By who?

Pretty sure tons of people said that if Trump takes office, inflation would skyrocket thanks to the tarrifs and all his other bullshit... This was entirely expected. It's the result we all knew was coming if he took office.

If it were any Democrat in office right now, the media would have been pinning the blame harder than fighting games got blamed for violence in the 90s. Getting real sick of the narrative they're spinning.

  • He didn't.

All it takes is a look at presidential approval ratings.

    GWB: L25 H90

    Trump: L34 H49

    Biden: L36 H57

    Clinton: L37 H73

    Obama: L38 H69

It's pretty clear Trump has the lowest margin of approval ratings at 15 points difference to Biden's 21. However, Dubya has the honor of lowest approval rating amongst living presidents.

These people are trying to rewrite history.

  • Kroc and Ford's numbers put Gein to shame though...

  • No, couch boy, that is how it works... A president can't just do whatever he wants and we all just have to be fine with it. There are still rules. What you're talking about is the supreme leadership of a dictator. Kindly take your fascist fuckery and shove it up your ass with the rest of Trump's dick.

  • Actually, they've tried. Obama got close. It's Trump that came around and blocked the transfer of the remaining eligible prisoners Obama had set to release. Trump said he wanted to add more. As of last month, Biden had gotten it down to 15.

  • Intentionally not subtle. Pink Floyd, and the character Pink by extension, equates his fame and stardom to that of a fascist dictator because his fans blindly follow whatever he tells them, while at the same time, pointing out how alone and isolated he feels. It's a commentary on music fan idolatry and how rabid people become, such as with Beatlemania.

Brilliant film when you can finally piece together and make sense of the massive amount of symbolism throughout it.
